@Mi436 pffffft, christopher nolan omg, just stop you just ruined everything by putting kubrick in the same sentence with that guy. are you kidding me? the guy who made a few comic book blockbusters and another heist blockbuster is going to stand in the leagues of Kubrick? kubrick made high art. Nolan is a great filmmaker. but he is no kubrick, that for sure. paul thomas anderson.....perhaps.... even then not a close match. sorry i love nolan, but even i know that kubrick is on a different level
An actual STARGATE/PORTAL-THING was caught on film in New Mexico. The footage can be found within the short-film entitled "SUDDEN PORTHOLE", which is parked at the PROJECT CAMELOT YouTube page (it's under the George Noory video).
I'm not selling anything…I'm just trying to spread the word about the unseen-dimensions we find ourselves embedded in.
My BLOG contains peripheral data regarding the movie and is where I reply to the "debunkers" (use search words "SAM ZURICK" & "BLOG"). THANKS!!
like John Huston he never made the same genre of picture twice, but I find I like Kubrick's pictures more over time, takes a mature mind to really "get" them. most pictures do not get better the next time you see them. signed, used to edit with the blade.
@Aloz50 is the Walter Carlos music still available? for year it was not because of the switch legally to Wendy, that was some great music? do you know?
El intro al mas puro estilo Kubrick. El titular del periodico del minuto 0:17 parece de pelicula: "El hombre quien gusta decir NO" / "The man who liked to say no"
@AlexDeLargeisHere Okay, I understand. Sorry if I was rude or something. Yes, they are also very good, but no one is as great as Kubrick in my opinion
Can anyone say that Stanley Kubrick made a bad film? Of course not! And that is the beauty of his work: it was always very well planed and, as a result, people liked them very much. But sometimes people are dumb and can´t see a masterpiece and appreciate it: we have the case of Barry Lyndon (great photography) and Eyes Wide Shut (interesting plot and Nicole Kidman naked).
Like Woody Allen said: "One of the all time greatest motion picturemakers."
yesterday i saw a documental called the dark side of the moon.. and it makes me think.. DOES AMERICANS REALLY THINK THEY ARE A GREAT NATION?OR A NATION AT ALL? i think they are just millions of puppets and they are living in a dream, because they continue flying in that dream, and they think being a great nation... i think USA history is just one of the greatest and most expensive stories ever told... and thats why they have such influence among all nations.
Kubrick fans, this is big. I just saw a clip from the 1960's with Peter sellers talking to the Beatles and Sellers talks to them in an American accent, and i seriously think he's doing Kubrick's voice. This is kind of plausible as they made a few films together, probably around the time of the footage, and...Peter S, so I've heard was always impersonating people. Check out 'Beatles talk to Peter Sellers' and see what you think. It's pretty 'interesting'. x
There won t be a great filmmaker like Kubrick.He´s a legend of cinema.Only one modern filmmaker can step on his shoes:Christopher Nolan :)

@nmjrule Indeed.
Both movies i think are qualified masterpeices, but kubrick set the bar for masterpeices.
And I think, Kubrick will always stand alone.
