It's just that the antagonist does pull a grand Ben Affleck. @ShadowSaeo i like the way kevin smith dialogue scenes used to be. it's only a rip-off if i used his exact dialogue, which i have not done. therefore, this would be an homage or a scene where you can see his influence. and there's going to be more, so if you don't like it, now would be the time to unsubscribe. he's not even writing dialogue scenes like this anymore. i miss them.

His influence is all good and fine but you have to draw the line somewhere in your own creativity. Honor, but don't live in someone else's shadow. The only problem with the scene is, like I had said, the antagonist is trying too hard (maybe unintentional) to be like Ben Affleck. And in that making the art seem less of your doing. Best of luck.
