I just did this on one of my eyes for fun! But I had to use lipstick as a base because my only pink shadow is really sheer and I only had a gold shadow, not a pinky gold one.

Wrong order, Hun. You should always apply your liquid liner after your eyeshadow and your mascara last. Also, try practising your mascara application or get a better wand. Your is just clumpy and ruins the whole look. On a plus note, you do have exquisite blue eyes for a ging.

haha,a base is like a layer of product you use all over your eyelid before you put your make-up over the top so that your eyeshadow stays on and looks brighter and doesnt crease. there are ones you can buy or some people use foundation, concealer, vaseline, etc. hope this help =]
