Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Thank you very much for this Richard. It is easy to follow for someone just coming into aerobics teaching. I teach beginners so they need this repetition and slow add on. I used a slower beats per minute and it worked really well. Great choreography for those of us who are a bit slower at picking up the routines...It would be good to see more of your choreography

didn't get that single, single walk-shuffle-bit. so i did a single, single walk-cha cha cha.can someone "explain" the shuffle? is it like a repeater-shuffle or something? like "skiing" repeater?

i've used this in my class. think it's very good choregrphy, but i felt that it was a bit boring going from the top so many times. but besides from that: this is very high quality

Richard Hawke is a UK presenter I think from either Leeds or Sheffield. he presents a lot with my friend Elise Lindsay. I lovehis choreography, he is easy to follow and put in lots of spins. Sometimes his music is very fast and I think unsafe at times but he is very motivating and a great mover. You can usually catch him at lots of UK fitness conventions.
