my baby mama is dead beat mom.She a court order for child support of 100 month. she can't even pay that. Child support office said she doesn't have pay child support because on welfare and ssi.

The Russian guy is hard to understand through his thick accent. I don't think he conveyed his information clearly enough to the worker. On the other hand, I haven't had a CAlicense in years resulting from multiple child support suspensions. There were a few times when I was paying full support and they accidentally suspended my license. So, then I decided to drive on a suspended license for six years total. I have since permanently terminated my license myself, and I quit driving altogether.

child support laws are unconstitutional. more than half the court actions are unconstitutional. judges take children away from families everyday for the money and place them in foster care so they keep their funding. its is against the 4th amendment which clearly supersedes the family court.

and child support in NJ

The accumulated amount as of 2008 was $ 150 thousand , I found out about that amount when tried to renew my US Passport from US embassy in Lebanon, who had revoked my passport and gave me a note to go to the state to settle the child support issue in NJ.

Of course the Ambassador dont want to hear any thing else but I have to go back to the state and settle it over

My x-wife and I had been in NJ in 1990 and we had a baby child then.

My wife and are were both permanent residents, and by default the child was a U.S Citizen By birth.

We went back to our homeland in Lebanon and got divorced there and the court gave me a custody of the child, while trying to get the child from my x-wife she has managed to run away taking the child with here and heading to USA where she has applied for food stamp and child

Of you can't pay we'll take away your licence so it's harder to get or keep a job. Even better you can go to jail. How does that make sense?

If the man/woman is driving a $30,000+ car and owns property. Has actual income I can see garnishing wages or possibly freezing bank accounts or property.

The interest charges alone can bury you if you get layed off or loose your job. That is not right. How would the child have faired if he/she was in that persons care and there was a loss of income?
