It isn't exactly a glitch., considering the chances are you did it with a gameshark code that's intended to do that. If you go into a battle it'll show your own sprite, considering the code only changes your overworld sprite.

Respond to this video... all you have to do is go to the battle frontier and go into the battle tower make sure the pokemon u want to clone is in an empty box then save ane put it in your party talk to the multiplayer battle lady select open battle whgen she says would you like to save the game say yes there should be a 5 sec pouse afterthe pouse turn off your game then walla youve clone your pokemon

i have had this happen to me but i change into may and when you push select to get on the bike you change back but there is no bike and you move as fast as the bike!!! you don't walk you kinda hover.
