@GoldenOldiesOn45RPM This is the Mk 1 line up minus Tony Burrows who didn't want to go on the road. They were put together in December 1969 by Tony Macaulay.

The Mk 2 line up can be found in the later colour clip. So to answer your comment these are definitely without any doubt, the first & original line up!! This is the band that toured in 1970 as Edison lighthouse.

@Flickajak With respect you cant claim its `Mark 1 without Burrows` as you`re contradicting yourself ! The fact that it`s `Mark 1 without Burrows` makes it a Mark 2 lineup. Tony Burrows had left Mark 1 as soon as his PR duties from TV was over in early 1970. The other 4 band members in your photo carried on playing live dates after he left but this was mark 2 as a matter of fact ! It wasnt a case he was still in the band was it ! The later Mark 3 line up featured all new members.

me home quite a few DJ copies of 45's and LP's in the early to late 60's. Some of these recordings

I got never made it on the air, and I loved them anyway. I don't think in our lifetime....we'll ever hear
