Stavo riascoltandola..
i know u could do it better! still practicing this one, cause u're alsome, and u could make it better for sure, and finaly, congratulations for your covers and interpretations.
Cavolo non sapevo anke tu l'avessi fatta! *_* Ovviamente splendida!...Posso mettere la mia come video di risposta? XDAnche se sfigurerei, ma tentar non nuoce! :D
In a sad moment on the television this could make me cry.I think i should buy music rights for this and then i can put it in the anime i am making at the moment where the hero or the good guy possesed by dark energy dies...just beautiful...
oh, i know. it...is almost like you can FEEL the emotions Beethoven is trying to get out. i know that i can. i've felt the same way too many times. it's there, but no one can understand it, and you struggle to express it; release it. that's what this song is all about.
MyravenLenore, Actually, Beethoven clealy indicates cut time, alla breve which means this is played too slow. Listen to Arther Schabel, Wilhelm Kempff, Andras Schiff, Van Cliburn or check out my videos where I have Murray Perahia playing it.
LenoreCullen, bla bla talk to you my friend. I like his playing in general but I have spent many years researching the false tradition of this composition. It's a passion for me to make other pianists look at the score and read what Beethoven marks so clearly! ALLA BREVE,CUT TIME, COUNTED, 1,2, NOT 1234. at this tempo it's zzz, put me to sleep, played too slow style!!! This piece has a thick layer of false tradition on it(Andras Schiff)Listen to Perahia, Schnabel, Van Cliburn and Schiff!
I like it...but I wis hI could say something...but I play flute...(and self-taught trumpet). You could show a little emotion, but other than that, I think it's a great job.
this moonlight is played too slow. it should not take more than 5 min. and 30 sec. and no less than 4 min. 50 sec. to give u the time range. u have the skill to play this song, it's just you need to go faster and show more emotion/dynamics. your an excellent player, good luck on the song, i hope my comment helped!
kevinthepianist3, I agree. Liszt's pupil Emil Von Saucer plays it in 4:21. Funny that the two pieces Liszt refused to teach were his Hungarian Rhapsody # 2 and Beethoven's Moonlight sonata. They were even over played in his day! CRAZY!
It's amazing the sound you can get out of a beautifully crafted piano. Nice full sound...don't think Beethoven could have played it any better and you know the pianos at that time were non-par compared to todays. Is this a Steinway????
I just heard you playing the 3rd movement dude. You steal my heart. I'm currently learning this entire sonata, and I hope that I can play it as gracefully as you are. Thank you for opening my eyes to new beauty.
That was very good. Nice and steady, no rushing. Very nice. I've played piano for over 10yrs now and that was my first big classical piece. I'm glad to see someone has the patience to play it at the speed it was meant to be played.
