Once forgivness is obtained you cease to be that sinner( murderer). But if you willfully sin knowing it is wrong then forgivness is nulified as mentioned above. The point of forgivness is weather sin is wilfull (intentional) or not. Just as some murders are planed with forthought and others are not and immediatley regretted.
@WayofScience when a murderer or rapist turns to God for forgivness (in faith and honesty) ,then the guilt of the sinner is wiped away, the person at that point is no longer a murderer or rapist in the eyes of God. If the following day that same person commits another act of rape or muder and asks for forgivness of God (in faith and honesty) again that person will be forgiven.

Once forgivness is obtained you cease to be that sinner( murderer). But if you willfully sin knowing it is wrong then forgivness is nulified as mentioned above. The point of forgivness is weather sin is wilfull (intentional) or not. Just as some murders are planed with forthought and others are not and immediatley regretted.

@WayofScience when a murderer or rapist turns to God for forgivness (in faith and honesty) ,then the guilt of the sinner is wiped away, the person at that point is no longer a murderer or rapist in the eyes of God. If the following day that same person commits another act of rape or muder and asks for forgivness of God (in faith and honesty) again that person will be forgiven.
