  • There are no credible figures or values for that, it's supposed to be classified.

  • Guys. I just want to know the Raptors' maximum speed and the engines maximum thrust!

  • 70,000 lbs of thrust wet (full afterburner). 50,000 lbs of thrust dry (military power).

    Top speed is said to be mach 2.5, however, there are unverified reports of it hitting mach 3.2 without a payload and with a minimum fuel load.

  • Mach 3.2? I can believe it! I heard "Max" Moga himself say the Raptors engines produce 37,000+ Ibs of thrust each. Yet the true power of the engines is still classified. That's more thrust than the SR-71 on an aircraft that weighs nearly 50% less! So when you say Mach 3.2 - I say you're "probably" right on the mark my friend. Barring some areodynamic issues that is!...
