Without medical indication, aren't doctors committing medical fraud? Isn't misinforming parents professional abuse? In a healthy child, isn't needless surgery a human rights violation?

Are all boys simply born sick? What is the medical indication that necessitates circumcision in a baby simply because he is born a boy? Without one, can a doctor even be performing circumcisions, let alone be giving parents any kind of "choice?"
