@ryanleekopp all were 1/4mile runs. I do friday night test and tunes at Maple Grove Speedway in Mohnton, PA from time to time. The tires are 29 X 18.5 street radials. I run 4:11s in the rear with a spool. Like I said Im not a hard core racer, I was in a few competitions just for fun. I attended the high school drags three years in a row at Maple Grove. The one year I placed third overall. I also raced a few times at the Virginia motor speedway. Never did very well there though.
@raykeens4:11's arent bad im sure the 60 ft's are nice lol but i like my 373 for the street driving and top end. only thing is with a taller gear u gotta have the motor to spin it and get the speed like a 373, put a bottom end together, bump ur compression to around 10.5-1 and spin that poor small block to 7500! lol u times will drop then
@ryanleekopp in my opinion 12 seconds is respectable for a street truck. I subscribed to your account lets see some runs on your s10. By the looks you must have some prostreet truck. NIce
@raykeens my truck weighs in at 2800, with iner fenders, metal fenders, and heater. so u put a healthy sbc 350 in it and u'll be around the 12 zone. hell i had a 305 in it last year and drag radials and still went low 9's on a all motor. with my new setup and a little more weight reduction, ill be puting down about 550hp and god knows how fast. all i'm saying is this truck is quicker thatn most ur stupid mini turckers but still not that fast
@ryanleekopp that sounds really sweet. My S10 is weighing in around 2700. I put a 350sbc in it with all kinds of motor work. My best time was 12.003 @112MPH. My times are usualy around 12.3 @ 110MPH. Its not a hard core race truck, just something I put together in my shop.
