I'm glad that I got this movie on DVD when Warner released it as part of its TWISTED TERROR COLLECTION, which also included DEADLY FRIEND, EYES OF A STRANGER, DR. GIGGLES, and SOMEONE'S WATCHING ME! This is one of my favorite Amicus movies (right up there with ASYLUM); the acting is superb all-around and the scares get right under your skin!

I dont know why amicus has never released a good box set of all their great films. They get compared to hammer a lot i dont think there as good as hammer films but in their own right they were all well made spooky horror films.

It's ridiculous isn't it?

They would sell an enormous number of copies if they put out a boxed set of the anthologies.

I suppose there must be some kind of licensing problem, maybe the films are owned by different distributors or something like that.

It would make a brilliant remastered BR boxed set, such a shame.
