  • That a nice tie he is wearing.

  • the same amount of time the ndaa was pass

  • Then-Obama Solicitor General Elena Kagan - since appointed to the Supreme Court by Obama - wrote to the Supreme Court on April 26, 2010: “Although a President may fill such vacancies through the use of his recess appointment power … the Senate may act to foreclose this option by declining to recess for more than two or three days at a time over a lengthy period. ”

Congress was not in recess at the time this appointment was made.

  • @ MrJMBrowning you are one rude pice of scum

  • Excellent job, Mr. President. Clearly, you care about American consumers. Republicans hate them. The only thing unprecedented about this appointment is the BS flowing from Republican mouths.

  • This lying sob needs to go right now

  • i want obama to win so white people continue to bend on there knees and say yes master we obey.

  • @TheTohkonChambers dumbass nigger aint nobody on their knees but you fagget Democrats

Impeach the piece of shit president, he appointed cordray anyways

  • It funny to me, Republicans weren't concerned with adding yet another bureaucracy when they created The Department of Homeland Security. Why didn't they recommend that the agency be ran by a board since they love boards so much?

Imagine if Democrats would have BLOCKED with threat of filibuster Tim Ridge as the first director of Homeland Security or better yet blocked anyone nominated!

  • @luvitluvitbabyIS IT FUNNY TO YOU THAT YOUR HERO LIAR N CHIEF HAS SPENT MORE THAN 3 TIMES THAN GEORGE BUSH YOU SOB

DEMS ARE THE ONES THAT CREATED BLOCKING APPOINTEES

LEARN YOUR DAMN HISTORY, ALL YOU PEOPLE CAN DO IS LIE FOR A POS LIAR

  • When you are enjoying life too much it makes it easier to forget of the suffering. I think that is an important realization for some. We need more people on this planet getting rich and messing off to their own private island. This is what we need to make the world a better place. Thank you American dream!

  • @luc59457 That used to be the American Dream, but according to Obama, he's redefined the American Dream to "just getting by"

  • The Fed are just their puppets. The Fed even admitted it. They have no reason to lie about who they work for.

  • @luc59457 the FED is a financial instrument in and of itself and a destructive one.

  • So Obama is to blame for being Human, Solyndra is one example of a big mistake, but a lot of these mistakes can be erased if they pay off the national debt, and they start paying for our progression, because to the Mint and US treasury and British Royal Monarchy, it is all unlimited, it's just based on policy.

  • Once i am gone for a while they will remove my comments again. There's a bunch of comments missing from the See all section. Only once I mentioned it, they started showing !

  • The government are there to manage how we pay for that debt.

  • @luc59457 I'd argue the government is there to get the nation further in debt. Unfortunately our Prime Minister has the same spend us out of debt silliness attitude. Obama's WH staff got a raise when he came into power, I don't see him repealing that! For a man preaching cuts at home he does SFA to practice what he preaches when it comes to his friends.

  • @MrXstacey No, it is not their intentions. Obama was handed some bad numbers when he started office. So it is understandable to get this impression: I'd argue the government is there to get the nation further in debt. It is easy to think this way, but thinking the easy way is not the right way in this complicated mess. Like I said, lots of obstacles were handed to Obama and he knew from the start and he wanted to let the people know, that shit was going to get worst before better.

  • @luc59457 Obama was handed shit when he came into office and what did he do? created more shit. Admittedly I would have voted for him in 2008 if I was american, but on the day he he took office preaching transparency he sealed his own records. Really? he's another political POS in his own practice he's helped spread the crap to you the taxpayer. I have zero respect for the man.

  • @MrXstacey Obama was handed shit when he came into office and what did he do? created more shit. And that's what happens when you try to make a broken system work. I never considered him the sharpest knife in the drawer, and I think he can at least acknowledge that he would make mistakes along the road. Something not all presidents were able to admit. He has in fact been more transparent than the predecessor. He's the one who expressed the wall street corruption more than Bush did.

  • @MrXstacey Reforming the Currency system is a very hard thing to do! The soviet Union had failed. I don't think Obama has given enough consideration on how to go about it. Because he hasn't really mentioned it, I think people will consider Ron Paul more on track and a better candidate for president (even though he has his flaws as well) I think even still, Ron Paul would beat Obama on the very reason it's more of a Focus for Ron to stick on the roots of the problems and reform them.

  • @luc59457 check out digitalcoin dot info The money system is the root of the evil, this is one of the better propositions I've seen in how to correct it.

  • @MrXstacey I saw the 2 videos on digitalcoin(info). It's a good concept with some big advantages above the current system, but there will still be imbalances because it goes back to the ideology of medieval times where the organization(issuer) choses the value of the product. I think the value should be made relatively even at all time, not even proportions should be considered when needed. Some may think well that doesn't sound like balance? It's not. But it's also, just material.

  • @MrXstacey What I am saying is, I don't think it is up to us to decide that bread is worth less or more than a certain fraction of metal just like I don't think it's up to us to set wage and salaries in comparison to others. I think all these things including workloads should be researched and made relatively equal and we should forget about the price tags.

  • @MrXstacey I hope you understand in what sense I mean "It's just material".. Merry christmas!

  • @MrXstacey I enjoyed talking to you, good night

  • @luc59457 as always, I appreciate your insights, merry whatever you are celebrating this holiday season.

  • @MrXstacey I celebrate Christmas as well not for the religious aspect, for the morals it inspires, we could do it for any day. family day perhaps?

  • @MrXstacey Merry Christmas to you too and happy holidays!

  • If USA can solve its problems it will help Canada solve its problems, because Canada's government is far too silent to talk about anything people really want to listen to that is why Canada listen to USA politics more often, deeper topics.

Canada follows the same Monetary system as the USA in the aspect that city necessities, upgrades, etc, comes out of the city budget (limit) and eventually goes into the national debt if the numbers don't balance. Who is it up to to pay the debt?? Us.

  • @luc59457 I wouldn't give a 5 year old a credit card and we shouldn't give these children representing our interests another red cent until they grow up and be responsible. Not this crap that we pay for their irresponsibility, that crap has to change.

  • @luc59457 Under a system where a private entity can charge interest to national bodies and will provide unlimited amounts of cash to whoever they deem fit is ridiculous. I don't want Harper spending money on my behalf, he's racking up the credit card big time, but nothing like Obama. Vote in Ron Paul before it's too late

  • @MrXstacey /watch?v=VbnplgnVG4s&feature=relmfu Watch this, he talks very similar to Ron Paul at times.

  • @luc59457 Did Obama even attempt to end Fannie Freddie and Ginny? no of course not. Did he reduce government spending? no. Did he reduce the military occupation of other countries? or did he expand them? Did he close gitmo or did he expand the powers under NDAA? we'll know soon if he signs it. Yeah glad I didn't take Obama's advice that I could "take that to the bank" the troops are coming home but up to 20,000 people will occupy the embassy! really?

  • @MrXstacey Obama has racked in the credit card because the credit card was given to him already racked up to over 10 trillion, and an economy that was already starting to slide downwards.

  • @luc59457 I'd argue that he said "well if my predecessor did it It must me ok, let's see how much I can rack it up

  • @MrXstacey The Only thing I see fit to call out Obama for is he hasn't pulled the plug on these policy makers, question them, expose them and demand that they reform to balance or pull those policy makers out of office. They are continuing policies that lead to these messes exactly as Ron Paul Says. Obama is not Angry enough about it, because it is easy to see others suffering, but to feel it is another story. It is Often, human nature takes the easier route in conflicts and problems.

  • @luc59457 The man (Obama) according to Carl Levin wanted to include the ability to indefinitely detain americans who are considered belligerents, so if you disagree with them does that make you one? I don't even blame Obama, he's nothing but a puppet of a greater power that manipulates all nations.

  • I recommend anyone to echo this idea

  • Good god can you make it look more like you are holding the american people hostage? You had better pass whatever we propose before the countdown bomb goes off?!?!?!?!

  • @MrXstacey long time no see

  • @MrXstacey It should not be that the american people get further taxed due to the government's inability to manage things. It should be that the government has to scale back it's own self to adjust for their own blatant mismanagement. Financially, the American people can not afford their government, Why doesn't Obama get this?

  • @MrXstacey It is in some of the corporate Whoring GOP's self interests though, to increase the debt more at the sake of more corporate and wealthy, high income earner benefits

  • @luc59457 I have no respect for the GOP either, this is two wings of the same evil bird.

  • @MrXstacey I'm starting to believe so as well. They had lots of time to question the Royal British Monarchy, the Fed, the US treasury, and the only one who really stepped up to the plate was someone not as president (Ron Paul).. But ron paul reached a brick wall when talking to the Federal Reserve. All they told him was they follow the Orders of the US Treasury. And we All Know who the US treasury Serves. The Royal British Monarchy.

  • @luc59457 I'm no fan of the Monarchy In my country even though we've established a system of responsible governance that did not require British input, the queen is still our head of state, who holds veto powers she's never used, and those in our governmental system still have to pledge allegiance to the "Queen of Canada". I question more the role of the Rothschild family and their influence in global affairs.

  • @MrXstacey It's not that he doesn't get this.. It was handed to him, and at a point where he'd like to fix it, he gets bombarded with election stuff. 2 years, and so much to address in an economy. Then a new one may come in office, and he must take off where the last left off. It must be a shitty job!

  • I am going to make a video later and it is going to be Titled " Calling out Obama" It will be about a timeline that I will be giving Obama, a fair time limit that HE has to question the policy makers of the monetary system, on camera, for the world to see. He needs to work with Ron Paul. I want to see Ron Paul and Obama agree to debate together. Either Ron Paul works with him, openly to the public always, or Ron Paul should be the runner up against him. One or the other.

  • Why is it when I press "See All" ALL my comments ARE not even their! Yet everyone elses is!? Hopeforpeacenow and the others as well

  • @luc59457 This comment I am responding to is the ONLY one that NOW appears in the "See all" section. WOW! This is so RIGGED! On the Whitehouse Channel! Sad. All my comments were good, now who the heck am I talking to here because it seems that my comments are hidden from most and shown only to a few. WHO are these people?

  • lose the T.V monitors Obama. What is this, another one of your campaigne tools?? NOTobama 2012.

  • A 45 year old that thinks Bush left the unemployment rate at 20 percent is like a 45 year old man playing hide and go seek, with his friends, in the neighborhood.

  • @Robbie12992

Wow - having a hard time with comprehenssion are we?

IF WE HAD DONE NOTHING - If we had spent 0 to stop the bleeding BUSH left behind (remember that? The Great Recession? nah.)

we WOULD HAVE faced:"a full credit feeze, an 80% dip in the stock market, 5,000 bank closures, 20% unemployment, government shut down.... THATs the America Bush left us."

How is that hard to grasp?

I was very clear in my comment, maybe you think the meltdown happened in 2009?

  • Caught this over @ CBS or was in NBC News ?

Makes in glad to be an american in this day and age , the world can use a strong leader

    God Bless America

    John

  • Very good speaker, he sounds like if he really gives a shiat about the people. His bosses do not let him, make real history, he made history just by being black, now he should make history by being a real president, and stop leaking the jews balls. PS. I wonder if he to pays for the rabbis blessing on his food, or does he get a discount for working for them?

  • It's amazing that Republicans have forgotten that he inherited this mess. Yes he has done something. Yes it may not have taken as long as expected. He doesn't have a magic wand people!

Ever since January 20, 2009, Republicans have smeared, blamed, and mired him in every way. Calling this economy "Obama's economy."

Speaking of the deficit. The deficit was $6 trillion on '03 with a Republican led Congress. Where were the "deficit hawks" then? If 1 cent of deficit is inexcusable, where were they?

  • "The deficit was $6 trillion on '03 with a Republican led Congress." kevindadarter

    Well said, BLessings.

  • I watch a little bit of fox news, once in a while, just to see what kind of (unfounded) outrageous lies they come up with!!!! They like to send their viewers to the Whitehouse page so viewers can "vent our concerns"!! Hence, the large number of dislikes. Yes, it comes from the unimformed, brainwashed, lied to by Fox News and their suboordinates!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Obama just hang it up, you are corrupt.

  • @lilsm555 The most corrupt are the most arrogant. Hence, Obama. He won't hang it up until the American people force him out in Nov. 2012.

  • The "Hope & Change" campaign is now the "Divide & Conquer" campaign. He sold us a bill of goods. Even he admits that if the economy hasn't recovered by his first term, he wouldn't deserve a second term.

That was the most accurate & honest thing he has said in his entire term to date.

  • @TheYoungTurdz So you have: Bush = CEO of global economic meltdown Obama = saved the economy from massive failure Bush = invaded the wrong country under a veil of lies = 500,000 dead Obama = bringing the troops home Bush worst record of job creation = 3 million jobs Obama, even with recession = 5 million jobs so far Bush = Defending mass DEregulation leading to global mass recession Obama = Defending regulation that will stop the next recession No brainer, unless you're a no brainer.
  • @HopeForPeaceNow Economic meltdown stems from the housing crisis, which began with the Community Reinvestment Act of 1976. Obama has raised our deficit from 10T to 5T in only 3 years. He promised to cut in in half. WHOOPS, he is dyslexic. President Blamer has admitted himself, that he only deserves one term, unless he turns this economy around. Guess what? The economy is on the brinks of collapse!!!! I bet this admin will offer a bailout to the EU. Want to protest that?

  • @TheYoungTurdz that was 10T to 15T He raised the deficit 5T!!!!! He was supposed to lower it 5T, that was his promise. Just one of many Obama lies.

  • Comment removed

  • TheTurdz

From day 1 the right set out to undermine, discredit, mock, deride, insult, castigate, and intend failure on Obama, AT THE SAME TIME, trying to rebuild CONFidence in financial markets.

Have no DOUBT that if Republicans had not been standing firmly in the doorway that led to recovery, we would have been well on our way.

How can we create confidence in the atmosphere of lies and hate the right has been pumping out for 3 years?? "Obama is a commusocialist AntiChrist"?

  • @HopeForPeaceNow From day 1 Obama was on the wrong path to restore America. Redistribution needs to be mocked as it has never been a success anywhere in the world prior, and it will not be a success in the US either as it goes against all that we stand for. The Ameriacn Dream is NOT a handout or foodstamps, yet that is exactly what has increased under Obama.

Gee guys, It is his first job, just give him another chance!! LOL. NO WAY! America cannot afford another 4.

  • "Redistribution needs to be mocked as it has never been a success anywhere in the world prior, " TheYoungTurdz

How sad to see my countrymen indoctrinated in this way.

In TRUTH - which I bet you have Never heard ...

the Elite are 7% away from owning 100% of US wealth - is THAT the change you want?

A simple RETURN top a tax rate that WAS HIGHLY successful under CLinton is NOT "redistribution".

..it's making sure the powerful don;'t use their power to remove ALL of our wealth!

  • "NOT a handout or foodstamps, yet that is exactly what has increased under Obama." TheYoungTurdz

Ummm, the Great Recession of 2008 had no effect on # of foodstamp recipients in your opinion, I'm sure! Your freaking deregulatiuon and pure free markets cost more jobs than Obama. But all you'll get from "right" media is a BIG LIE!

  • 'It is his first job, just give him another chance!" TheYoungTurdz

Editor of Harvard Law Review - not a "job" for you, huh? his first job, what a joke. The line of lies they sell the right is truly stupefying.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow That is why we need to vote the republicans clean out of government!!!! They had their place in America 20 years ago, but we live in a global economy now, a understanding which the republicans fail to grasp!!!! Obama ran in 2008 on a platform of Hope and Change, and I for one would like to see this promise fulfilled!!!!

  • @groundhog2008 Well said

  • "Community Reinvestment Act of 1976. " TheYoungTurdz

Yes, that's what your overpaid pundits like to preach.

In reality, CRA covered 6% of subprimes '03-'07. You are regurgitating a conservative myth.

"Obama has raised our deficit from 10T to 5T in only 3 years" ????

Ok, did you mean the DEBT FROM 5T to 10T?? So, that would be BUSH. DEBT = 5T 2000, Bush RAISED it to 10T by 2008. Please go look that up.

"He promised to cut in in half. "

  • @HopeForPeaceNow Each and every president after the CRA has made it worse, all thinking it was the right thing to do. It wasn't until 2006 where the R's were telling the D's what was going on, and the D's, Barney Frank to be exact, said NO, that IS NOT TRUE. We are fine!!!!

10T to 15T Was Obama. Obama promised to cut 5T and instead RAISED it 5T , bringing us to where we are currently 15T and counting ,Whoops! Please go and look it up!!!!

  • @TheYoungTurdz

Have you heard of the private subprime market.. in all your conservative "wisdom"??

What was it, what was it's default rate vs GSEs and how much market share did it have 2002-2007?

Can you answer any of those?

If not, what makes you think you know the facts??

  • "10T to 15T Was Obama." TheYoungTurdz

Again, AS I SAID... how do you think we could have reduced the deficit by 1/2 and still saved the economy?

Answer? Conservatives hoped to let the economy tank entirely. To do nothing, accept a 25% unemployment rate.

Riddle me this - who was the last president with a defict surplus.

And - did the last conservative we "hired" (Bush had the MINORITY of US votes) promise to ruin the entire global economy and invade the wrong country?

  • @HopeForPeaceNow AS I SAID... "how do you think we could have reduced the deficit by 1/2 and still saved the economy"? OBAMA PROMISED TO CUT IT IN HALF!! How do you THINK he was going to cut the deficit in half? Are you saying HE LIED??!!!

Obama's policies are tanking the economy. We can simply turn back the spening levels to 2007, and then cut the entitlements. WE HAVE NO CHOICE!!!

Who was and who is matters NOT. Who will be and what will be is important.

  • "Who was and who is matters NOT" TheYoungTurdz

Only if you're an idiot conservative you fail to see the impact of the past, no doubt.

List me a conservative President that hasn't lied. Bush lied 500,000 died. Does that stop you voting conservative??

You also didn't notice, he said that before 9/08. Not that you would know that was important or why.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow

Your just an idiot. It mattters not your politics, just an idiot, plain and simple. An Ideologue!

Obama is an assasin with a Nobel Peace Prize, and you whine about Bush!! ROTFLMAO

  • "Your just an idiot." TheYoungTurdz

    Hahahahaha

    It's "You're"...

    ...define oxymoron.

    "Obama is an assasin"

    What's Obama's death toll vs Bush's??

  • @HopeForPeaceNow Search national debt clock on google. Click on the second link. Look at how much the debt went up between the years 2000 (when Bush took office) and 2008 (when Bush left office). I think it's about 5 trillion dollars in 8 years. Now look at the national debt in 2008 (when Obams took office) and 2011. I think it's about 5 trillion dollars in 3 years. It's apparent that you have no idea what's going on. By the way, the national debt clock is 100 percent accurate.

  • @Robbie

It's apparent that you have no idea what's going on.

Bush doubled the debt in boom years.

    He left us 2 choices..

do NOTHING about the Global Economic Meltdown w/ BUSH as CEO America

    ... leading to..

.... 20% unemployment, the full crash of the stock market (Lehman =1 crash = 18% decline), a FULL credit freeze... a $44 trillion loss instead of the $11 trillion we suffered.

    or

    spend to stop the bleeding.

BUSH spent to F it up, Obama spent to REPAIR!

  • @HopeForPeaceNow I'm sorry that I made you angry; it's apparent that nobody has ever disagreed with you on any subject in your life. You're 45 years old, so just grow up already. You don't need to type things in all caps while mocking other people who you think of as being your underlings to get the point across.

  • @Robbie12992 Obama has to spend money to fix Bush's mistakes - he could have taken the easy way out, and done nothing - still being more productive than George Bush.

  • @bogaming That makes a bunch of sense. Obama has to spend about 2 trillion dollars a year to fix Bush's mistakes. We're not doing any better than we were under Bush, as a matter of fact we're doing a whole lot worse. Obama spends over 6 trillion dollars in under 3 years, as opposed to Bush spending under 5 trillion dollars in 8 years. Don't look like he's doing much better, looks like he's doing worse. How's that hope and change working for ya? It's not.

  • "as a matter of fact we're doing a whole lot worse"Robbie12992

When a patient has cancer, is he sick because he is on chemo, or is he sick because he has cancer?

The patient smoked a pack a day for 40 years, it's NOT the CHEMO that made him sick.

Our economy is a wreck because of the meltdown, not the medicine.

You are blaming the dr for the illness.

  • @Robbie12992

"How's that hope and change working for ya?"

Here's the "hope and change" Republicans wanted for America... a full credit feeze, an 80% dip in the stock market, 5,000 bank closures, 20% unemployment, government shut down.... THATs the America Bush left us.

Yes, we are still working to fix it. It will take centuries, especially with the Tea Party/Fox working 24/7 to blame the next guy and get more deregulation!!!!!

  • @HopeForPeaceNow Bush didn't leave us with 20 percent unemployment, he left us with under a 5 percent unemployment rate. The unemployment rate is now at about 9 percent. Look it up. Unemployment has never been 20 percent. That's not what Bush left us, that's what Obama helped to create. I'm blaming the doctor for the illness? How is Obama considered a doctor? What has he fixed? Tell me.

  • "Bush (left) with under a 5 percent unemployment rate. " Robbie12992

And a Global Economic Crisis, I going to guess you think that had no beasring on employment rates?

"The national unemployment rate climbed by 3.4 percentage points from March 2008 to March 2009."

How much have you studies the effects of doing nothing in 12/08? The crisis was enough to get Bush to completely change his politics. He started TARP.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow As a matter of fact, we are doing a whole lot worse. We're certainly doing any better. You're using the wrong simile, Obama isn't like a doctor, Obama is like fixing cancer by smoking more. We're not going to get out of debt by spending a few trillion dollars more, that's not even in the least bit plausible.

  • @Robbie12992

What do YOU think would have happened is we had bailed out no one and had no TARP or stimulus??

  • @HopeForPeaceNow I'm not even gonna bother reading your comments. Lol. You said that Bush left us with a 20 percent unemployment rate. After saying that, I can't take ya seriously at all. You're just making false claims. The national unemployment rate was under 5 percent whenever he left office.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow Today, Obama said that Taliban was not our enemy. I'm gonna say that again, it's pretty hard to believe that the president of the United States would say that. Today, Obama said that Taliban was not our enemy. Well ya had me fooled.

  • "Obama said that Taliban was not our enemy." Robbie12992

"Vice President Joe Biden said today that the Taliban is not an enemy of the United States -- in what some have characterized as the latest in a long string of VP gaffes."Newsmax

'it's pretty hard to believe that the president of the United States would say that."

    You did.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow

My bad, I made a mistake when I heard that. Kind of the same way you made a mistake when you said Bush left us with 20 percent unemployment. Lol.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow It's apparent that you have no idea what's going on if you think that Bush left us with a 20 percent unemployment rate. He left office with a 4.8 percent unemployment rate. The unemployment rate is now at 8.6 percent. Bush isn't at fault for the unemployment rate being 8.6 percent the same way that Bill Clinton at fault for the Iraqi war. It's apparent that people like you would stand up for Obama even if he nuked Israel. That's called blind faith.

  • @Robbie12992

    Ok. Lets go slow.

In 9 of 2008 Lehman went under closed and the 5 top financial firms were either sold or merged. We had a housing bubble that burst.

It's called the Great Recession. It was a world wide financial crisis.

You must have missed it. US lost $11 trillion in wealth.

    IF we HAD done NOTHING....

    ..... you would have had....

    EVERYTHING I DESCRIBED.

I'm lost on how that is hard to understand.

  • @Robbie12992

Let's look at Bush's record: "President George W. Bush entered office in 2001 just as a recession was starting, and is preparing to leave in the middle of a long one. That’s almost 22 months of recession during his 96 months in office.

The Bush administration created about three million jobs over its eight years, a fraction of the 23 million jobs created under President Bill Clinton‘s administration"

Do you claim the recession had no effect on employment?

    Bring it

  • @HopeForPeaceNow Okay, let's go slow. The unemployment rate at the most for president Bush was around 4.6 percent. The unemployment rate is now around 9 percent. Obama is the doctor?

Are you claiming that Bush is to blame for the years 2000 through 2011?

    Bring it.

  • @Robbie12992

    This:

"Are you claiming that Bush is to blame for the years 2000 through 2011?"you

Is not an answer to this:

"Do you claim the recession had no effect on employment?" me

You evade like a good politician.

Did the recession that occurred in 2008 have any effect on unemployment?

    Simple question. Yes or no.

You should be able to navigate that, even stoned.

  • "The unemployment rate at the most for president Bush was around 4.6 percent." Robbie12992

    Unemployment rate last quarter 1008 = 6.1%

You continually lose the argument, then keep making the same argument.

    Why?

That's exactly what your pundits and talking heads do.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow

:0 That was 2008. I bet the unemployment rate in 1008 is unknown :)

  • @HopeForPeaceNow I just seen some guy tell me that Obama made a 15 trillion dollar debt.

  • @luc59457

Man, some brainwashed dupe was just telling me the meltdown happened when Obama was president.

    This is horrible.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow It is indeed when it's so common.. Where the heck do people come up with this crap? I think they make it up in their minds and it causes so much distortion of facts when people read it, I guess that is why it is the comment section. Political or not, gotta take it with a grain of salt, but I can see it influencing the weak minded, not considering questioning it, time goes by and more people need to become educated because they have been learning crap from others

  • @luc59457 The right's lie machine stretches the fabric of reality. It teaches that if you give more money to the greedy they will share with you. War is peace. People who create low paying jobs overseas are US jobcreators. Op ed is fair and balanced. Addiction to oil is good for America. The fewer rules you give the rich and powerful, the more fair they play. Consumerism is Godly. Profit margins on the battlefield make us safer. And anyone who disagrees is a godless commie!

  • @HopeForPeaceNow I got myself a quarter of bud today, so don't expect me to respond to any argument for at least 5 days. Bye for now.

  • @Robbie12992 So do you think it is Obama's fault? Sure sounds like you do. I bet you are the type to think Obama made a 15 trillion dollar debt, when in fact, when he first came to office there was already 10.6 trillion. A result of failed policies and bad deals and bad handling of numbers even before Obama. Now you try to work with a bunch of bad numbers handed to you. LMAO!!!!

  • @luc59457 He sure isn't helping anything. Even if national debt was 10.6 trillion when he took office, the national debt is now over 15 trillion. Debt grew near 4 trillion in under 3 years. Strange.

  • @Robbie12992 National debt was way under when he did though. Ha.

  • @Robbie12992 It's not strange. Military has been a huge expense ever since Obama took Office, The fed is a result of at least 1 trillion lost, admitted by Ben. And there's lots more. You wouldn't find it so strange if you looked into it all, you would see what happened. And it is what Obama has been saying all along, there's a lot of Abuse of the system. Bush was nowhere near to calling out the policy makers on such an unjust unbalanced monetary system, Obama is a bit more near and

  • @luc59457 I guess the last 20 years are all going to be Bush's fault. Oh well.

  • @Robbie12992 I guess it is really all their faults for being so clueless or arrogant to not question the monetary system and its policies to the policy makers. It should all be transparent as well when they do this. Just like when Ben B.of the Federal reserve was questioned about over 1 trillion dollars lost.I don't know if the president, or the ones in the FED,or the US treasury, or most of all in the GOP (except Ron Paul) have ever even questioned the policies that got into messes?

  • @luc59457 Yes.

  • @Robbie12992 And Ron Paul is very near to calling out the roots of the problem and kicking them in the ass to fix it or prepare to be replaced.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow When you said that Bush left us with 20 percent unemployment, it made me think...you have no idea what you're even talking about. Not a clue.

  • @Robbie12992 To burn a city, all you have to do is light a match. Rebuilding it isn't such an easy task.

  • @bogaming Bush had the shovel. He was digging our grave. He dug 5 feet in the hole. Obama wants to try and patch the hole up, so he's handed the shovel. While trying to cover the hole up, he dug 6 feet deeper in the hole. "Obama has to spend money to fix Bush's mistakes". Obama isn't fixing anything, he's making more mistakes. Give me one example of how Obama is being more productive than Bush was.

  • @Robbie

Bush had a deficit surplus which he squandered on invading the wrong country, the largest unfunded entitlement in US history and, by 2008 when the meltdown occurred, he was at $9 trillion.

IF the COns last Pres had kept the SAME policy as Clinton, we would be in surplus!! IF Bush had REGULATED the private market and derivatives, we would have had NO MELTDOWN.

    No Meltdown = No stimulus

YOu really should read up on these things. Don't get your paradigm from Faux news.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow By 2008, he was at 9 trillion dollars. When he started his term, the debt was at about 5 trillion. So that was a 4 trillion dollar increment in 8 years. Obama started his term, the national debt was at about 9 trillion. Right now, the national debt is over 15 trillion. That's an increment of 6 trillion dollars in 3 years under Obama, as opposed to to about 4 trillion dollars in 8 years under Bush.

  • @Robbie12992

Can you not understand the plain fact that Bush resided for 5 years over a BOOM cycle, during which he spent like a lunatic...

....taking a deficit surplus and turning it into a doubling of the debt.

When Obama took office, the financial reality was in global shambles

(can you tell the difference between the greatest depression since the '30s and a boom?)

Bush left 2 choices = spend to restart or watch mass global financial collapse.

    Simple facts you leave out.

  • "You also didn't notice, he said that before 9/08. Not that you would know that was important or why." Hopeforpeacenow

TheYoungTurdz, I see you failed to answer that.

    Why is this?

  • @HopeForPeaceNow Oh!! I see, he can lie before 08 and it is OK with you!! LOL.

Ideologue!!! No logic or resoning with the likes of you or your ilk.

  • "No logic or resoning with the likes of you or your ilk. " TheYoungTurdz

    No, sir.

The simple reality is the quote was BEFORE the Global Economic Meltdown of 2008. Happened in September. BEFORE THAT he had NO idea HE was going to chose between SAVING the Economy or watch America fall.

I know - Cons wanted a $55 trillion loss. Let everything fail.

With Obama's help it was only an $11 T loss from Bush's Recession.

  • @HopeForPeaceNow So what you are saying is that Obama CHOSE to let America fail, as he has NOT saved the economy. It is apparent that you have NO idea of what is going on. Stay Delusional, it makes you look so pretty.

Remember in Nov. 2012: IT'S THE ECONOMY, STUPID!

  • @TheYoungTurdz

It is apparent that you have NO idea of what is going on.

Remember in 2008: IT' WAS THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC MELTDOWN, STUPID!

I remember McCain saying in 8/08 that the economy was fine. Bush, too. Were THEY lying?

  • @HopeForPeaceNow

IT'S THE ECONOMY, STUPID. Read those numbers, and weep!!!

  • "he is dyslexic. President Blamer " TheYoungTurdz

Oh, you're a condescending conservative. Is there any other kind?

  • ""unless he turns this economy around.""TheYoungTurdz

Sir, America lost $11 trillion in wealth in 2008 due to DEREGULATION and OVER LEVERAGE (Ever hear of the private subprime mortgage market.. seriously - do you know their default rate?) ..

I realize conservatives would like to blame the next guy, take Wall Street off the hook, continue to deregulate and give all the Elite's whose Corps did this huge tax cuts.

Problem is, the rest of us are not duped enough to fall for it.

  • Why anyone would trust a government to "protect" them from anything is beyond my comprehension. I guess you have to be very weak and stupid to think they have your best interests at heart. Politicians are the problem, they create nothing and suck us dry. History proves it. This admin is especially corrupt, and the crony capitalism only happens because politicians are involved.
