Dom was a hero to me. Seeing that scene absolutely broke me. I have a friend, we've been friends since grade school, but only friends, nothing else. When the first Gears came out, we bought it, and played it, together. Every since then we played every Gears game that was released. Gears gave me a friend, no, more than a friend. A brother. Every campaign we played, I was Dom. When that scene came on, that was the first time my brother has seen me cry. Brothers To The End...

This game, along with Gears of war 1-2 have made an impact on my life, and seeing Dom die, was devastating...

I do care about those who die everyday as well, but Dom had become something to me; it's like I'd actually known him, and when he died, it was almost like losing a true relative.
