@skdrama That's one of the evidences that the church is true. Our culture and practices are proving perfectly accurate in the world of the last days. Prophecy is coming true before our eyes. We have been told that prepping is as important to us as getting on the ark was for Noah.
@MorMan2012 Every generation feels that it's the 'last days'... there has always been some sort of natural disaster in the entire 4 billion or so years that the earth has been well... the earth. AND the economy is always fluctuating. So ...because the church says to prepare doesn't mean that the church is 'true'. ;) It's not a prophecy - it's being a student of history. I appreciate the church's stance on being prepared - but Alex Jones says the same thing - and he's not LDS ;) lol :)
@skdrama True true. What this shows is that there is a true principle running through different cultures and religious systems. That's the core of truth. It's the same truth appearing in different lives.
