@guruvag They cut straight into Seek&Destroy, I do not know why they didn't play puppets full lenght for years, I mean they did that rarely, but most of the 90s they only played the first half, I do not know why since it is a fan favorite and at this point they had only played it on two previous tours, of which only one was playing to really massive crowds

@xxa411xx I have no idea, I mean as I said above, they played it 1986 - 1990 full lenght, then said "fuck it". Same thing with Ride The Lighting. That song was not played (excluding excerpts) at all between 1987 - 2002. 2003 they started to play it again. They dropped Harvester Of Sorrow 1996 - 2002 too. They played Eye Of The Beholder only on the justice tour despite it being one of their most popular songs. They have weird logic when it comes to quite a few songs.

If you think about it. It was an promotional tour for the Metallica album and they were almost obligated to play the new songs. So playing all new songs and then playing song that are almost 9 minutes long is really hard on the body.

Freaks me out when I read people saying they were not born when this concert was filmed. I graduated school in 1991...like holy crap has time flown by!!!!! The Black album was huge people....freakin' HUGE!!! In my opinion, the Master of Puppets and 'Black' albums are in the top 10 best metal albums of all time.

Anyways, rock on people....Metallica are one of my faves. Still listen to them plus Van Halen, Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest etc
