I just bought the trainer 1 low for work, it's so comfy when you put different insoles in them. Great shoe, very durable and nice colors.

What is the difference between Trainer 1 and Trainer 1 Low?

@lebbeus The Trainer 1 low is cut lower around the heel area. Possibly more comfortable? The Trainer is higher to give the ankle support...
