  • Beautiful Fairlady, i love everything about it!

  • id keep it like that and put all the money into where it should go lol. just my 2 cents.

  • hope you kept it RHD

  • Just put New wheels on and work on the undercarage and engine keep the body the way it is.... its a gorgous car

  • I'm wondering if I could ask the price you bought this for, preferably including shipping cost.

The reason I ask is I'm looking into finding a RHD restoration project 240z much like this one, and am thinking import is going to be the only possibility.

  • i paid $2500 for the car about 5 yrs ago not running out of San Diego. Its still not done, but really not in any rush as you can see haha. I still drive it to the store once a week :)

  • Ah, that's a pretty good price... In the range I'm looking at, gives me hope of finding one atleast, haha.

Regardless, hope you find the time/money to do what you want with it, it's obviously got potential. Good luck with project, but have fun with it (that's most important after all)

  • @motorsport007 When you bought it for $2500, what problems did it have? What needed to be reworked?

  • have you restored her yet?!

  • yeah where the video we got 2009 ?

  • Do want.

  • Nice I love the "rustic" look, I would be tempted to keep it as is.

  • @ColtSSR glad to see im not the only one who likes that old barn look haha everyone else seems to like shiny paint and while it has its moments... they all look the same.. crappy paint for the win!

  • a real classic car

  • awesome ^_^ I wish that I can have a project car like this, good luck with that Z

  • i have an 86 chevy elcamino ss project but i want a 68 cougar project car i found in a junkyard its only missing a passenger side floor but your car is still awesome i want one!

  • Lucky i want one too but imma make my blue haha thats gona be awsome its gona look like that one from wangan midnight

  • Nice! I have a 1970 RHD just like that. Mine has the rear spoiler but no flares. I'm going to restore it all original.... painting it orange. Thanks for the video. I haven't had mine running yet.

  • dont push her too

  • very nice car :)

  • wow... a s30!!!!! omg first generation omg omg!!!

  • Two words desperatley need to be said right now.

    PAINT JOB!!!!

  • its my car and I can think of more then 2 words. But the beauty of it is, you wont see one on the road anytime soon in your area :)

  • I use to have a 280z. I know somewhat how you feel. great car though. cant wait to see it in prime shape.

  • it doesnt need a paint job r-tard it needs restoration hopefully you know what restoration means because what you said is pretty dumb you dont put paint over rust

  • I know ALL about restoration. My first car was a 280 zx that needed a new fire wall and new floors as well as major body restoration. Took me a year to restore it and then some old lady ran a stop sign and T-Boned me drivers side. And now my current car is a 71 mustang coupe that I have been restoring for the past two and a half years and still needs more work. I'll be selling it soon in order to pay for a 260Z to use for an LS1 engine swap. Yes I know a littile bit about restoring old cars.

  • old people shouldnt drive they do to much damage

  • LOL! OVER WHELMINGLY Agreed. The only reason I drive the stang is it was the only thing local I could find that I could afford. I Would match rather still Have my old Z.

  • @thebluemaggot two words desperately need to be said right now.

    DUMB ASS!!!!

if you knew anything you would see that body work comes first

  • this is like the only real fairlady z out there, with proper right hand drive

  • I just realized I need to to a better updated

    video, soon to come :)

  • i love Japanese classics

  • Dang dude, thats the Boss car!

  • Pretty sweet. Love the right hand drive! Those are the coolest no doubt.

  • hahah, hell yeah! no i haven't been to the new store, i was wondering where it was at. How much HP does the Soarer have? and thats also a Righ Side drive huh?

  • are you from motorsports warehouse? will you put an rb26 on that ?

  • Correct, thats us. Have you been to the new location on 1st Ave ? Im going to restore this one back to stock original. But I have a few other Zs and one needs a motor, so maybe Ill do a rb20 or 26 in that car. We still have the Soarer, thats still our FUN car :)
