Maybe the reason the family is freaking out over his magic is because of the way he is doing it. At least that's what it seems to me. And I still find it weird that Cherry is afraid of the doll acting as if it is going to bite her or something.

Koruku used to scare the piss out of me when I was a little girl - it's been really funny to watch this and see that the thing that scared me was a big eyed round ball :P although, admitedly, it still is CREEPY how he calls 'Tobeeeeeeee, Tobeeeeeeeeeee!'
