this is rubbish i cant express how crap this is :( i bought it today thinking that cleaning my oven and kitichen would be ten times faster how wrong was i it took ten times longer trust me stay away from this
i put on the steam nozzle attachment and pressed the button and held my hand in FRONT off it expecting it to burn my hand and nothing and this is suppose to lift stubborn dirt rubbish
