This wasn't a full dyno pull. We only had the outer valve springs on for cam break in. We got the thing running 3 days before we went to the dyno. As it was, the valves started floating at around 4500 and we shut it down. It put around 300 hp and 350 tq to the rear wheels. The inner and outer valve springs are installed now and soon we'll get another pull and get some real numbers. the dyno operator told us 'there's an ass load of motor left in it!' soon, Grasshopper, soon!!
i had a 75 buick century flat black from the atwater minnesota ,where did it go?,oh yeah it had some bad ass flames on the hoood and sides with real dual exhaust,PLEASE TELL MEE whwere is this car?
I have a 73 Century too. I absolutely love it! The power, the way it looks, its just great! They're so freakin rare!!! i dont know any other muscle car rarer. I have seen every other car, but have never seeen another century! I love it!!!
@BalliN2BreathE believe it or not, the rarest "classic" car ever is the 1964 el camino, inline 6, with a 4 speed, radio delete, they were used for work trucks, obviously almost none were ever saved because they got abused. but the century has to be up there.
@BalliN2BreathE Same here. I live in Northern California, and have never seen one like mine. Ever. And I've been to ALL the local car shows. Hot August Nights in Reno, Cool April Nights in Redding, but never been to the Good Guys show down in Princeton. I'm sure there's a few there. haha
