in my opinion it was shady for the Kim fella to try and put Brian on the spot, vocally speaking. Kim probably has ample time to warm up his voice, so Brian had to show him, this is Gods talent and it will never be outshined :)

People, stop with all the comparisons. It's ridiculous to compare the two when Kim is obviously paying homage to Brian, who is hands down one of the greatest R&B vocalists ever. It's criminal how he wasn't a bigger star back then.; I mean great voice, great songs, but still never really broke through beyond R&B. He could wipe the floor with most of these guys today who are huge stars; goes to show that hving actual talent can only get you so far. sad, but true.
