if he wants to accelerate quickly, then he should put the shifter into sport (S) thats what it's for. keeping it in drive will cause a lot of wheelspin.

Always had mondeos estates and still have one, they are far better than the shit A4, C Class, Skoda, Passat and so on. Need to get the new one ASAP.

WANT!!! Most of the great hot-rod wagons are gone from the US. Closest thing to this car in the US is the Audi A4 turbo wagon. This Ford is more powerful and less expensive, and appears to give up little in looks and refinement. BRING IT HERE NOW PLEASE!

@friedputty My sentiments exactly. Love Trucks, HATE SUV's. If Ford were to bring this to the state's, I would smile everyday, it would look good next to my 2011 F150 6.2 Harley-Davidson (sorry, had to say it). Anyway's, yeah, the only thing I would maybe change is having a diesel available, American car manufacturer's should go to Germany and the UK and bring these engines over!

The Mondeo is a really good car. But a manual is more fun for those who like driving. I personally also think it looks great, miles better then any Passat, Insignia, C-class, 3-class, need i go on...?

@mrnicktoyou Get a Parrot kit or something similar. Mine lets me stream through bluetooth, and not just iPhones but anything that has bluetooth. Also has USB, AUX and iPod connection in the glove box. I've had this in my car for around 2 years now and I'm driving an E46 BMW. Just watch out because it EATS through your battery.

Also, nice options on a BMW and an Audi are very expensive so the Mondeo is still the better deal is my guess.
