Does Aston throw in a Walther PPK with every purchase of one of these? For the price they need to. I think I'd rather have a V8 Vantage that still sounds just as good, but about half the price.

@dilligafone you say horrible. i say its beautiful. i may not be British, but this color is what defines aston martin imo. ever since ive laid eyes on an aston martin, i knew that if i ever had a million dollars i would still get an aston, especially in BRG. it just has that unique look of saying its an aston.
I have to say that, excluding the three super cars that America produces, most of our high end sports cars (corvettes, dodge vipers, etc.) are just good "go in a straight line" cars. Put them on tracks and all the power they produce just vanish...They look great though.

@letsride84 Corvettes, on the track, have trouble (for lack of a better word) drifting with the precision of say, a Nissan Skyline or BMW M-Series. Again, I would like to emphasis that the Corvette isn't bad, just that others are better. American muscle cars tend to have poor traction, so when putting power around around a corner, much of it is burnt out. Even so, Dodge Viper is still my favorite car of all time haha.

don't get me wrong the LFA had the fastest wet lap time on the power lap board but if it got another chance like the DBS is would have had a much better time in my opinion.

it's a v12....meaning it works way less than a high rev v8
on top of that you don't need shat loads of HP if you have a decent power to weight ratio . With gas prices ever increasing making a high BHP engine means you will prob burn more gas making the already impractical car hopelessly impractical like a veyron. It's a Aston martin, it's there to look good, make people jealous and make you feel good. Drive one and you'll understand :)

I do agree that the clutch of the Vanquish 460 hp wasn't so good but I can tell you that with the S clutch, it is fast,
obviously a bit jerky (but so nice feeling), but totally reliable if you always put into Neutral when the car is stopped.

Sorry but I don't see AM cars being that beautiful. Besides I think Jeremy exaggerates everything just bcoz its British. Nothing special to put it on par with the Ferraris, Lambos or the Mercs. In fact I think a Lotus is much better for the money you pay.

it's a v12....meaning it works way less than a high rev v8
on top of that you don't need shat loads of HP if you have a decent power to weight ratio . With gas prices ever increasing making a high BHP engine means you will prob burn more gas making the already impractical car hopelessly impractical like a veyron. It's a Aston martin, it's there to look good, make people jealous and make you feel good. Drive one and you'll understand :)

I would kill many people just to own that car. In my books it is top 2 behind the 68 cobra but god above that car is gorgeous. And i agree, it defenatly has a great exhaust note. Much better all around over the db8.

Very nice. Sadly when purchasing an Aston Martin one will be sending their hard earned to Kuwait. Just terrible, like the rest of the impoverished and bankrupt West we cannot make our own cars: Aston Martin: Arabs, Jaguar, Rover and Land Rover: Indian, Lotus: Malaysia, if I'm not mistaken Bentley and Rolls are owned by the Germans. I believe Morgan is the only British Automaker still in existence. Thank you "globalists for "Free Trade"....
