Actually, you need not stress. Quarians don't have Digitigrade; The legs are different, but they have the same amount of joints as a human leg does, and they bend backwards. Digitigrade legs are unable to do that normally.

At least I'm pretty sure they aren't exactly digitigrade.

I've been wondering that as well. There is some concept art which gives them a pretty human like appearance under the mask but no one really knows for sure.

I'll have to try making what I think a male Quarian would look like when I get the chance just for the heck of it.
