if you shoot the gunner in the chopper it will stop shootin for about 8 seconds thats should be enough time to move to cover

it was on PC not 360. And yes it did own, but I got owned by it for a good 3months before I realized there was a cheat.

I found the only hard bit in this level was the gunfight with the chopper overhead at the end, because wherever i seemed to go, it'd shoot me somehow. It sucked
