Mysticism? Doesn't mean anything for sneaking. Sneak is a must, Illusion for advanced sneakers (chameleon, invisibility) A good "vanish" spell if you are caught and need to leave ASAP, is "Chameleon 100% for 1 second & Invisibility for 15 seconds" on self. :) And if you're an Assassin, Alchemy is a must (poisons for killing and paralyzing) paralyze spells so people can't run away and call more, and destruction "Drain health 100pts for 1 second" is a very easy finishing move, kind of a glitch :)

@NAVYSPAZ drain 100 health isnt really a glitch/cheat, if you have the Official Spell tomes DLC available for BOTH xbox and pc, theres a tome that has drain health 200pts for 5 seconds.

Wear the following but enchant them if you want stats: Dark shirt, black hood or black hand hood, leather boots, leather gauntlets are optional, dark wide pants i think they are called or black wide pants? Get the outfit off of Shady Sam outside the main gate to imperial city, go to the left of the gate (outside) and eventually you will see him, he also sells poisons and other things.

A tip for beginners: don't equip your boots/shoes while you're sneaking, on lover skill levels this can help greatly.

Pretty good, although because of what your wearing makes you noisy, a good thief like my character makes no noise when he walks what so ever. Btw, are you a member of the thiefs guild too?

You can technically do anything you want in the game (be a knight, a mage, an archer, whatever), but the story involves these things coming from another dimension called "Oblivion", through these gates, and it's your job to shut these gates.

Youre robbing the poor. Get into the habit of stealing from shops, and people with wealth (At night, of course). You have to remember that during this time period most people only had enough to sustain their families primal needs (food, shelter) and wealth was given to the few in power. Bare common sense when crawling around at midnight looking for goods.

oh... srry, also a tip for ppl watching this video; when you come to the sigil stone of any oblivion gate, save and take the sigil stone if it isn't a feather one, reload and take it again til it is, then if you're ok with a little cheating, duplicate it and enchant some light clothes with it. and volla you'll be able to carry a lot more stuff, especialy if you got decent strength

Inside is really good, i believe 70-80 inside, also depends on how you set your graphics, it still looks great on low settings. But outside it drops to about 40 but never glitches or stops to load nething. And its still flawlessly playable, even during large oblivion battles.

Max settings you will see a little choppyness outside only because the view distance is rediculous, other then that i think u would have to cut a hair low on the anti aliasing(8x) and filtering (2x) In town things wouldnt be a problem at high settings.

Nice, you won't see much in the way of cash or armor that fetches a lot until you get higher lever. Enjoy, thieves guild was also the first one I did. A good way to start making cash is(i think u have to be a certain lvl) but fight at the arena during the day. Check out my other oblivion vid on thieve, its a runthrough on mine at 25.

Seriously, no ones house really has that much, I found TONS of Glass Armor and ebony materials by riding from town to town and finding old caves and dungeons on the way. Oblivion gates make about 2k-3k per run if you can carry everything. Completing Thiefs guild and getting the Gray Cowl his HUGE for inventory weight. I come back with 10k-15k every quest. 3 Houses lvl 26 now. Thiefs Master, Arena Grand Champ, Assassins Guild Highest honor so far.

To correct myself, if you can carry a lot. Later oblivion gates can fetch you 10k-20k alone in Daedric Armor(Heavy) or Daedric Weapons
