On my first time playing this I laughed when wheeler said "shieet, we ain't goin that way!" I paused the game and laughed so hard. I can't remember the last time Silent Hill characters had more active reactions to the monsters ^_^

I don't know what people were bitching about, I think this game looks awesome! Some of the scares are a bit overdone (junk falling from the ceiling) but some other stuff made me jump.

The monsters also look pretty good, and I'm pleasantly surprised that the remake of the Lying Figure is hard as hell to kill.

The graphics look good, but the enemies look like crap. You mostly just walk around, and you get attacked by 1 or 2 enemies every 10-15 minutes. Americans ruined this.

i still think its pretty good but could of done without the psp version 3 was alright due to it telling you what happened to james in SH2 (shot himself i think found him in an armchair if i remember correctly) strangely he may of had a premenition because the same scenario with the tv was shown in SH2 in the apartment building (tv white noise and an rmchair with blood on it)

My personal favorite is 3, but I thought Origins was pretty good. One thing this game has that 3 had that I really liked, is that if you examine things, your character gives his thoughts on them. Origins didn't have enough personality, IMO. But Alex has thoughts about many things he examines, some of which have to do with his childhood.

The monsters are kind of tough when you try to fight them with melee attack: It takes so much hits to kill one since you can't waste too much bullet on them. This game is much difficult compared with any FPS.
