Well, that's the point of the Overhead Resistance System. You are always stabilized. Besides, rebounding with stabilization is the safest and most effective form of exercise available. Weight training causes damage to cells (that's why there's a recovery period); whereas Bouncercising builds the strength of all of your cells without recovery time.
Looks good, and fun and having verified by "googling" their claims, this product is real, and makes sense. I am going to try. I will let you know if I like. Ron
