@MaxwellsDemon9 Dutta was cleared of any wrongdoing. The investigation placed the blame purely on the commander of the Kazakh plane for failing to maintain assigned altitudes.

@AllWalksofLife Yes, pilots and controllers say 140 to mean 14,000, 150 to mean 15,000, 240 to mean 24,000 etc. I was using their jargon.
