Any health food should have the berries =) just soak them for 24 hours and take the seeds and plant them in soil. Not very deep ! like 1cm deep. Water and cover with plastic wrap to make sure that it doesn't dry out. In no time at all you should see little spouts. Make sure to plant way more seeds then plants you that want because most of them wont sprout. I got about 20% germination rate. ENJOY =)

I have had good luck getting rid of fungus gnats by sprinkling diatomaceous earth on the soil indoors. It cannot be used outside w/o risk to bees and butterflies. I bought a LARGE bucket from a feed supply store ( farm supply store) for $31 USD and will look into it's many other uses.

@julzbo true that. It has Anti-Coagulating effects with certain blood thinning meds. Thanks for adding that :)
