make a straigh pipe two valves at each end, one to suck and one to push out the water and it will work better

Interesting suggestion. Do you have any examples showing this works better?

The boat I present here is meant for workshops for children from 6 years old on. For this application the valves would make it to complicated.

i havent tried it but in theory pressure should build up in the straight pipe until it is released out the back and a vacuum or low pressure sucks in water from the front, however valves of that sizes are difficult to find and alternitaves are not easy to build, but i'm working on it
