I'm an anime fan but I agree that in MANY Japanese animations the quaility of the animations are pretty shitty and the the japanese really do alot of corner cutting. Alot of it Is just PRETTY PICTURES. "TOM and JERRY was rubbish" sorry but like looney toons they been around way before the japanese even had a industry.
