@alphaleone1 Incognito isn't reacting to Rip's hypersonic magic bullet which will reduce him to a pool of blood. Against Anderson's anti-vampire holy equipment and combat prowess, Incognito is dead meat. Walter casually rips him to pieces.

@alphaleone1 Now, Incognito does take the lead in firepower (in God form, not in base form) however his speed pales in comparison to those I mentioned who can take him down. He cannot keep up with Tubalcain whose cards can negate Incognito's regeneration and is a more versatile fighter. It's likely that with telekinesis and spamming throws, Tubalcain will eliminate him and blow him to pieces. Incognito's regen is limited in this part.

The best thing he's shown using Set was demolishing a city block.... and given Set's range, Incognito will destroy an area of a town in London if given enough time. He's more like Alucard, Walter, and Anderson; a city level threat. I think I missed the part where Incognito cannot be consumed? Where was this part shown again?

@alphaleone1 I sense speculation. These light streams are merely an indication of regeneration (the vacuum thing is baseless I'm afraid, how did you get there). Incognito has never shown anything close to regenerating from nothing. The best regen feat was regenerating a heart. his regen is stuck at Anderson and Luke Valentine's level.

Incognito seems to be only a mid tier in the Hellsing franchise. Although Luke Valentine and Zorin Blitz won't be able to keep him down, Tubalcain, Rip, The Captain, Walter, Anderson, and Seras will be able to.

@edwinsz Don't think so. He seems kinda overpowered to me. The only rivals to him are probably Captain, Seras (Highly in doubt), Schrodingher and of course Alucard.

Think about it: He can regenerate his body from "light streams" (virtual vacuum?) (e.g. from nothing, just like schro, abusing the Conservation of mass law), he's able to use ancient egyptian magic, capable of destroying entire cities by one hit, and he cannot be consumed as it seems.
