Actually, the Ninja could had defeated Supergirl with a Kryptonite sword. Since Kryptonite can take away Supergirl's powers and can even kill her, all he would have to do is put the Kryptonite sword into Supergirl's chest and tie her hands behind her back to make sure she cannot pull the sword out. If he did that, Supergirl would be dead in minutes,
