I tryed all the diet restrictions for years, no help. I recently came to Northrn Ontario. Been drinking their country well water, and the Ibs has gone away. I now think it is the floride, or the clorine the town water has. I have been on town water all my life, and I am 52 years old, and the Ibs is gone in 2 weeks, you tell me.
