Well, apparently I didn't do sarcasm very well. The title was meant to be funny. It seems to me the cat is having a fine old time sitting there out of reach. If the cat wanted to get away it would only have to walk about five feet to the right and it would be on a connecting wall that goes to the neighbor's yard.

Please know, too, that the moment the camera was turned off, I got the dog into the house so his barking wouldn't disturb others. All is well in the neighborhood!
