I have a version of Vargas singing "La Danza" in my favorites from the 1990's, and here he sings it just as well, if not more impressively, since he's singing

this very fast and difficult piece while walking around! I love his energy! What's really cool is that my favorite tenor from the past generation, Jose Carreras, was the guest tenor at last years Opernball, and this year it's Vargas, who is my favorite tenor from this generation! Iveri

With no understanding of German, I'm quite intrigued by the mention of the late KOJAK star's name after Tamar Iveri's Babbino Caro. I hope the commentator was not saying that Nicollette Sheridan reminded him of Telly Savalas. Could someone please clarify the statement?
