1- Go on youtube and download " Pokemon Light Platinum (beta 3).gba "

2- You need a jailbroken ipod or iphone with " gpsphone " intalled (if not, go on youtube to know how it works)

3- Download DiskAid...

4- Download a Gba Emulator (visualBoyAdvance) for PC

5- Start pokemon in your pc emulator and create a game and save it

6- Open DiskAid, go into Media-ROMs-GBA

7- Take the save file and the pokemon game and copy it in this directory

8- Open Gpsphone, and start pokemon

and when i try to use "Fly" the map shows up but i can only see like 2 towns and the majority of the screen in blue

Shiny Gold uses the Kanto Island maps, not the Jhoto Map

@ahuband when you save (ingame) the amulator creates a file (.sav) not svs svs y for savestates :p u must use the sav file from your pc/mac on the iphone :)

what you have to do to start a new game is use winscp on your computer and have ssh installed on your ipod. you need to also use visual gameboy on your computer. All you do is open the game in visual gameboy and start a new game and save it and then using winscp drag the save file from your computer into your ipod touch or iphone in the same folder that pokemon platinum is on, then you will be able to continue the save game on your ipod, if u r not sure how to use winscp or ssh look up tutorials

I transfered a save file from playing on my computer onto my ipod, into the roms folder, and when I start up platinum (the full version download) after it gets to the "push start button" menu, it says "your save file was deleted" or somthing like that, and only lets me select new game... suggestion?
