does everybody in here realize what they are arguing about, the bmw is yes more expensive. but does anybody know that the m3 would get 24 mpg if not beat up on, the American would be struggling to put down 8 mpg. i have an obd1 m3 and it does fairly well, i could care less if some American can beat it. The M3 is a true sports car that one has to drive to understand what it is all about. BMW only will be felt in a corner on a track, how the whole car comes together.
