Apparently some Photoshoppers haven't discovered this yet, so I'll inform you: Real people don't have perfectly smooth skin. When you blur out their skin texture, people just look like Realdolls and most people find that unattractive.

Don't clone out laugh lines completely other wise the skin will look too flat. That is a dead give away that it's been photoshopped. Don't overuse your burn tool. Considering you used a gaussian blur on your photo first it make your photo look really fake. Try and hold the "glowing" process till the very end. :) Other than that pretty good.
