OK, there is a trophy where you must kill 15 Bitch Babies with deflection. I usually kill them normal, but was like OK let's get thsi trophy. After I knocked off 2 of it's 3 heads, it was time to deflect. I kid you not, I deflected 27!!! of it's fireballs, and it still didn't die. Am I missing something? Does deflecting do damage? Surely they don't expect you to deflect 27 of something at an enemy to kill it, much less when it's at 1/3 life.
