I ride professionally ... I own two blasters with the Standard jugs ( ported ) and .080 wiseco's , Toomey B1 pipes , DG Silencers , Boysen stage 2 reeds , and 260 jets..

Why is it you guys cant tune your blasters right , I've been clocked at 55+ uphill

and 92MPH on the road ....

( just sayin , learn your machines a bit better... A 200 two stroke motor dumps on anything smaller than a 450 four stroke if you set it right. )

@bicyclekicker12345 if uv got a 200cc blaster check the tick over switch under your seat isnt to high.... if its to high it leaves you less acceleration and therefore slows you down!

@yamaha1owner see the thing with the big bore kit you have to shave the piston walls paper thin...which isnt good because you can blow the piston right through the case have to be really really delicate with the bore kits

@AriVex No you don't 240 big bore kits are completely different cylinders.  The stock sleeve is taken out and the cylinder is bored, then a large sleeve is put in place. It's impossible to get 240cc with a stock sleeve Blaster.

i got a 03 blaster, its ben borred to 265, ben jetted, fmf gold edition fatty pipe, power core 2 silencer, milled heads, and it goes like 64,,,,does anyone know if a big bore kit would give it much more power than reg fatty pipe?

@pancakeessss idk i was riding it today i guess i just not used to the dirt bike...i seem to accidently twist the throttle even when i try to hit a little jump and scares the fuck outta me of course im on 4 wheeler trails too but still...also mud haha when i hit a mud spot where rut is its like the whole bike wants to slip out from underneath me mind you im like 165 too on a 125 so it should be perfect for me to handle like i said just have to get used to it i guess

dirt bikes are a lot more than quads it's about balance but the faster a 2 wheeled vehicle goes the more stability it will have, to jump dirt bikes you just stand on the pegs and absorb shock by bending your legs...never heard of anybody having problems controlling a dirt bike before

@TheKaria 15 has more bottom end and the 14 tooth gives you just a little bit more speed.. there is realy not much difference ..but you can feel the difference barely

blasters comes stock with a 13 tooth sproket and if u put a 14 tooth like i have on mine the gear ratio is longer in other words each gear is just a little longer and ur top speed is increased from 50 to about 55-58 and if u put a 15 tooth ur top speed should be about 60-63 but when u put a bigger sproket the less power u have in the gears but if u keep the 13 tooth u will have power but not that much top speed i dont wanna put a 15 tooth on mine because i enjoy the power 15 tooth good 4 borekit

@jacekmaes actually if u make the rear sprocket bigger it revs out quicker but with less top speed. So changing from a 13 tooth to a 14 tooth sproket is slowing u down.

fmf pipes are ok but they arent great. the fall flat on the top end. if you want some better power look for an f7 they cost more but perform better

fmf pipes are nice they are loud when you gun it but if you stay in a certain range of rpm's then it will be quiet just need to find that sweet spot silencers work great also
