Hey Buffy how exactly is you diet to maintain and aid the results of a skinny waist and big butt muscles? I would really appreciate the help....whats a typical meal like for you to get results like that. :)
@danijanimi I don't have a strict diet. I eat a variety of things. I do watch the amounts of cholesterol, saturated fats, salt and sweets that I eat. But other than that, I eat most things...just in moderation.
Buffy you have pushed me even more to want to gain weight and have beautiful curves. I am skinny and have always wanted curves. I am currently 112 pounds my goal is at least to gain 30 to 35 pounds. If you don't mind me asking what was your diet plan like? Thank you -3

@mpressions4u-Hi. I'm no pro but, have you tried squats, lunges, etc.? I've used variations of these excercises, like the one Buffy is showing here, and it's always helped give my butt lift. However, I think it really depends on genes and if you're slim or fat. I'm not a slim person and never have been but fat tends to head to my backside among other places. I hope this has helped some. @mpressions4u- Lol! Well, I think you should give it a try for a little while longer than usual :) I have always been "thick" but let me tell you that when I do any variation of squats or lunges, my butt and legs firm up real nice ;)
I'm gonna try for at LEAST a month, 3 times a week (squats, lunges, donkey kicks and butt bridges) and see if I can see a difference. Wonder if I should measure "it" .;LOL..

The reason I'm asking is because I am working on building my butt muscles and slimming my waste line. As I'm getting older my butt is becoming flatter and I'm losing muscle tone.
