I still feel a bit sorry for HyoYeon because despite being the best and I repeat the BEST dancer of the group she barely gets any solo shots of her dancing in ANY of SNSD's performances. Heck, its usually Yoona and Yuri that are in the middle of their dance break parts.

She trained in hip hop and pop n' locking for so long and look what she's doing now... In the beginning Hyo was probably happy because she got to dance that awesome solo in Into The New World, but then they went to waving lollipop's and whatever else. I love SNSD don't get me wrong, but I feel bad she can't dance her style more often.
But then at SM, HyoYeon full potiential are not properly developed to the max. Since they emphasize on girly concept focus on hips & legs dancing. If compare with Minzy (2NE1) from YG. Her entertainment co. Well known in the market for strong hip hop & R&B feel. YG efford does pays off from 2NE1... but JYP comes back with Miss A for a match.
Miss A and 2PM wins the Best Dance for Female & Male award @ Mnet Asian Music Awards 2010.. good for Min Young :)
@itsaAMYNAMfan don't kill me 4 saying this but sorry she can't be in miss A cuz all miss A members are supposed to sing & dance well while Hyoyeon only dances well. That's why she needs to be put in a group like SNSD so that she can shine most even if in fact she doesn't really shine when perform their own song.

Re watching this after so many years & i still wish these two were able to debut together. Only if they auditioned at the same company. I love their friendship & I love how they are such talented dancers. Sucks can't really see this kinda dancing from Hyoyeon because of her group at least with Miss A Min does get to dance alittle bit of what she knows.
The one in black seriously doesn't strike me as being Hyoyeon but if you guys say so then fine, lol. They're both awesome dancers! Hyoyeon is amazing, I just wish she could focus on her dancing more nowadays since she's so awesome at it.. I thought Min (or whoever is in red) should straighten her posture a little bit and look up a bit in the second half of the video but yeah, oh well, they were young then. =P
@CookieFridays I seen this video LONG time ago most likely around the same time SNSD debut & yes the one in black is Hyoyeon (she's a little bit taller than Min) while the one in red is Min.
@whitelion1 Hm, are you sure? Doesn't seem like it. The one in black doesn't look like Hyoyeon but the video is blurry. Yeah but I think Hyo is in red, it's more her style, what she usually wore back in the day are those track suits.
@CookieFridays I'm positive. I saw their rehearsal video & when they were practicing this dance, Hyoyeon & Min were positioned the same way like they are here.
Now that I'm actually focusing on the black one I can see her as Hyoyeon, plus she has the smile and she seems to be confident and having fun, plus the dancing is crazy. They're both very talented girls. They should've debuted together, haha.

I really hope these two get to dance again like this. They don't seem to put their talents to good use, at least not to this level since they are in groups. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing and I really want to get to enjoy their passion.

The one in black seriously doesn't strike me as being Hyoyeon but if you guys say so then fine, lol. They're both awesome dancers! Hyoyeon is amazing, I just wish she could focus on her dancing more nowadays since she's so awesome at it.. I thought Min (or whoever is in red) should straighten her posture a little bit and look up a bit in the second half of the video but yeah, oh well, they were young then. =P

@CookieFridays I seen this video LONG time ago most likely around the same time SNSD debut & yes the one in black is Hyoyeon (she's a little bit taller than Min) while the one in red is Min.

@whitelion1 Hm, are you sure? Doesn't seem like it. The one in black doesn't look like Hyoyeon but the video is blurry. Yeah but I think Hyo is in red, it's more her style, what she usually wore back in the day are those track suits.

@CookieFridays I'm positive. I saw their rehearsal video & when they were practicing this dance, Hyoyeon & Min were positioned the same way like they are here.

Now that I'm actually focusing on the black one I can see her as Hyoyeon, plus she has the smile and she seems to be confident and having fun, plus the dancing is crazy. They're both very talented girls. They should've debuted together, haha.

SM hid all that talent away? deym. i knew hyo was good, but now i believe that she's the best dancing girl in KPOP. but now there's min so there are two of them. i hope SM would stop focusing on the "pretty" girls and focus on the talent.

i knew no one can be compared to hyoyeon ever since she debuted and ever since girl groups started debuting one after another last year. people started comparing HYO to others but no girl can hold a candle to HYO's skills.. but i knew when i saw this video last '07, that only Min can be compared to hyo or vice versa since both go way back.. no girl group can be compared to THEM. i think both of them are the dancing queens of k-pop!! SNSD-Miss A jjang!!

I really hope these two get to dance again like this. They don't seem to put their talents to good use, at least not to this level since they are in groups. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing and I really want to get to enjoy their passion.

I'm sick of people keep comparing those two. They are very very close friends and are both good dancers. What's the point of saying one is better? that's not a good way to appreciate talents. I'm a big Hyo fan and I've watched those videos again and again and I never had any thoughts of comparing her dancing to anyone's. They are both GREAT!
