As her mother, I completely understand why you would ask! Honestly it was just a joke and I was teasing with her by using that title because she had just decided to quit and that gymnastics wasn't really for her soon after this was recorded. But you should check out her channel and watch some of her other videos which are all singing/performing since that is her real passion!
It actually gives them a little support but doesn't let them become dependent on coach unlike when they physically touch them which creates dependence. Kinda cool! Have a good one!
She is 10 yrs. old and this was her first month taking tumbling. I taught her the basics up to standing back handspring at home. I also use this spot method now and it has been very beneficial. Thx for comment.
