Steve had a reason for not making iOS open sourced. Apple is driven by the idea to make the use of a product really easy. I cant say how hard it is sometimes to not just throw ur microsoft or android phone out of ur window. Especially when ur out of ur room u expect everything to just work. Cant say that about any phone other than the iphone. Get used to it. Actually Android like most other manufacturers simply copied 80% of the iPhone. Otherwise -> no android phones.Baam, in ur face!

I would agree that the media may have overreacted to this situation, but I also have to notice that apples reaction to the medias reaction was also particularly dramatic, and they could have been a bit more accepting of some issues rather than simply dismissing any fault of their own.

well i can say that my iphone 4 works perfectly no problem cus i used my head set and i believe that everybody is using head sets because the iphone 4 is ipod too so what i believe is that people who was complaining about the antenna really were cry because they can have iphone 4 because they can't pay the bill and that is the true. simple this cain of phone is not for everybody you have to have 100$ or 150$ every mont thank you

I guess Apple's got a reputation for being so perfect that a small glitch like that becomes a significant one.

I think the iPhone 4 still rocks, but I'd like it if Apple would fix the problem on iPhone 5.

android is catching up and will soon pass up the iphone due to open source modding. get owned once again apple.
