  • with what you can pair this wine ?

  • The title of this video can be changed to "Carbonic Maceration Wine Facts" because like Beaujolais... Pinot Noir, Grenache and Valdiguie among other black grapes from southern france can take on aromas of pear, banana, and a few other tropical fruits including mango and papaya when these grapes are fermented using carbonic maceration. I have not picked up bubble gum in Beaujolais, either I have been unlucky or my palate doesnt detect it.

  • Juicy bubble gum, with cherries. Is this a wine or what?

Thanks for being informative, I will invedstigate this.

  • when you say bottom, middle and top are you referring to the position of your nose? (ie top = smell above the rim, middle = smell at the base and bottom = nose all the way in). Love your videos and thanks!

  • hahahahah Bogleeee ......musjieuuuuu
