Not at all. Imo Marty and Jeff have VERY different almost polar opposite styles.

Marty's style needless to say oozes Eastern influence which of course is unique and great

The heart of Jeff's style lies in the essence of the old hard rock bands like AC/DC and Van Halen (to an extent). Jeff' playing style has much more classical guitar and blues influences (keep in mind that Jeff took lessons when he was young for classical guitar and is well versed in it iirc).
